Done for now...

Well, it has been quite the summer. Very busy every weekend with both cakes and events and other such stuff and it has finally all come to an end. School starts in one week =( but it somehow feels like a relief because I'll finally have some time to relax.

I'll be taking a break from cakes for a few weeks - just to figure out how classes are going to go. This past weekend was a rough one with all of the rain and a bit of a slip, trip and fall during delivery. Not exactly a fairy tale ending to a summer of cakes.

But you will be seeing more pictures of stuff that I'll be working on in the coming weeks. I plan to try to make a sort of decorating brownie cookie, maybe something with mini cakes and cupcakes, and cookies too. Anyone with anything else they'd like me to try - I'm up for recommendations.

So here it is...I've finally gotten around to putting pictures of all my cakes in one place that everyone can get to. 


For those of you who don't know me, my name is Samantha Sofologis, and I am a graduate of Schenectady County Community College with an Associates in Occupational Sciences degree in Culinary Arts with a concentration in Baking and Pastry Arts. 


Please use this page to contact me about ordering any cakes, cupcakes, pies, or other desserts. In the coming days, (well, probably weeks) I will be posting starting prices for a variety of items as well as a calendar with dates that I am able and unable to make any cakes.
